Ticket Purchase
1. All Transactions are handled and processed by our Ticketing Partners Admit One (Collaborative Software) and Windcave Card Payment Systems
2. At the beginning of the booking process, customers will have been asked to verify and check that the details of their chosen site, event, date and time are all correct prior to making seat and ticket selections. Then prior to making payment, customers will have been asked to accept these full T&C’s which confirms the booking.
3. Tickets which are purchased for a dated performance and time and are not subject to a right to refund or cooling off period.
4. We are under no obligation to refund tickets in the event of a customer mistake, error or for any of other reason e.g. non-attendance or refused admission.
5. All bookings are subject to a per seat fee.
6. Booking or admin fees are non-refundable in all cases.
7. To qualify for discounted tickets (e.g. Student, Senior, CEA Card) proof of entitlement will be required either at the time of payment or at any time during your visit. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full admission price in addition to any administrative fee required.

Admission to Event
1. Customers must follow the BBFC classification for their film event. Under the terms of our cinema license we are required to refuse admission to customers who are, or appear to be under age for their selected film. Proof of age may be required.
2. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to ask customers to leave the cinema, without a refund if they behave in a manner that detracts from the enjoyment of others. This includes the use of mobile phones or recording equipment.
3. If the film performance or event is cancelled for any reason our liability will be limited to refunding the cost of ticket purchase only.

Vouchers
1. Please check the expiry date or validity period of your voucher. All vouchers are valid until 00:00 at the beginning of that day so are not fully inclusive of that date.
2. Vouchers cannot be extended, replaced or re-issued.
3. If you have been issued with a special credit note voucher, please note that these vouchers can only be used once in a single transaction. If the value of your transaction is less than the value of the credit note voucher then any remaining balance will be lost and cannot re-issued.

Gift Cards
1. Gift Cards can be purchased from any Movie House Cinema and will be valid at any Movie House Cinema location and the Jet Centre Coleraine (excluding Yoko Restaurant). You can buy gift cards online by clicking here
2. Cards can only be purchased with a minimum starting value of £10 and then in increments of £5.
3. Cards can only be used as payment for Tickets and kiosk goods and any other fees.
4. The gift card and any remaining balance will only be valid for a period of 730 days (2 years) from date of purchase.
5. Gift Cards will become invalid at 00:00 at the beginning of the day on the expiry date.
6. Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for other vouchers or Gift Cards.
7. Lost, Damaged, Stolen or Deleted Cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
8. Once Purchased, Cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.
9. Cards can be redeemed in person over the counter, over the telephone by speaking to a cashier or online via our booking pages. Customers must ensure they select "redeem a gift card" on the payment pages.
10. In the event that we are unable to redeem your gift card due to a technical problem beyond our control (internet or broadband failure), alternative payment will be required.
