Job Title: Trainee Supervisor
Location: Cityside/Glengormley sites
Position: One year with a view to becoming permanent.

We are looking for a motivated and highly driven Trainee Supervisor at Movie House Cinemas to join our team. If you have a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to lead others, we will provide all the training you need to succeed.

 

 Working in a fast-paced environment with thousands of guests passing through our doors every week, you will learn how to manage large-scale shift operations. From our premium screens to our busy concessions counters, we will provide full training to help you grow into an industry leader.

 

A Trainee Supervisor is an entry- level management role designed to develop skills in running the daily operations of Movie House Cinemas.

 

You will be gaining experience in:

·         Excellent Customer Service

·         Effective Communication.

·         Sales and Marketing:

·         Projection:

·         Health and Safety.
